SI Property Management is retained by Landmark Community Bank, Pittston, PA to perform construction management services for the renovations of the upper floors of the bank's headquarters located at 2 South Main Street Pittston, PA.

January 2006

SI Property Management has been retained by Dr. Ross Wezmar, Scranton, PA to provide construction management services for the renovations of a 8,000 sq. ft. Dental Office.



Construction begins soon for the addition of The Tractor Supply Company at Columbia Center in Hudson, NY.  Construction is scheduled to be completed in the Spring 2006.

Columbia Center finalizes a lease with Yum Brands (Taco Bell & Long John Silvers) for an out parcel.  Construction is scheduled to be completed late 2005.

 


June 16, 2005
Insalaco Development (Tannersville Realty) completed a new 13,000 square foot CVS Pharmacy in Tannersville, PA.   With the addition of the new CVS pharmacy, Tannersville Plaza now exceeds 100,000 sq ft in GLA.

 


June 2004
Insalaco Development Group announces the sale of The Clarks Green Office Building located in Clarks Green, Pennsylvania.  The office building, a 19,000 square foot structure was built in 1974 as a supermarket and later renovated to a Medical Center.
