Construction begins soon for the addition of
The Tractor Supply Company
at Columbia Center in
Hudson, NY.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in the Spring 2006.
Columbia Center finalizes a lease with Yum Brands (Taco Bell & Long John
Silvers) for an out parcel. Construction is scheduled to be
completed late 2005.

Insalaco Development (Tannersville Realty) completed a new
13,000
square foot CVS Pharmacy in Tannersville, PA. With the
addition of the new CVS pharmacy, Tannersville Plaza now exceeds 100,000
sq ft in GLA.

Insalaco Development Group announces the sale of The Clarks Green Office
Building located in Clarks Green, Pennsylvania. The office
building, a 19,000 square foot structure was built in 1974 as a
supermarket and later renovated to a Medical Center.
